Behavior Tracker is operated by Dynamic Zs. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age (or have authority to bind your organization). If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Behavior Tracker is a web app that lets teachers record and review classroom behavior notes, manage class rosters, and generate reports. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Keep your login credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You own the content you enter (class lists, student names, behavior records). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter your students' information and for how you use the records you keep.

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfering with the service's security (malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to bypass technical limits);
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.

The built-in assistant can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. It is not a substitute for professional judgment and must not be relied on for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, psychological) without appropriate oversight. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the output.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your Plan page, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

We work hard to keep Behavior Tracker available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We own the service and its intellectual property — the software, documentation, and branding. These terms don't transfer any of that to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you can export your records beforehand using the CSV export; after termination we may delete account data after a reasonable window.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. These terms are governed by the laws of Dynamic Zs' jurisdiction of operation.
